Do I need to come into an office?
No. Our services are fully remote for your convenience.
How long does the process take?
Most services are completed within 72 hours, depending on complexity; however, if you have an urgent matter, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via a secure online invoiced payment system for your convenience.
What is FALDP certified?
FALDP (The Florida Association of Legal Document Preparers) is a voluntary trade association made up of nonlawyer document preparers. FALDP offers a voluntary internal certification process to members.FALDP Certified members have shown their initiative by completing the certification process and further distinguish themselves as professional document preparers. “Our member document preparers are well-versed in the documents they prepare and mustmeet or exceed our association standards in order to become a member. Can you file my documents for me?
Although we cannot directly file for you, we can provide filing guidance and assistance where permitted.
What are your business hours and how do we schedule appointments?
We're open Monday through Friday 8 AM - 7:30 PM, and Saturday 10 AM - 5:30 PM. To schedule an appointment at our Cooper City location, reach out to us directly and we'll find a time that works for you.
Do we provide notary services in addition to document preparation?
